Bedroom 4:Double bed, large living room with sofa bed, en suite bathroom and small dining table area with fridge.

Downstairs – Ground Floor

Bedroom 5: Double bed, en suite. Connected to the main house via a second living room (with sofa bed)

Kitchen: Well-equipped, with two fridges, two dishwashers, dual ovens, gas hob, microwave, and coffee machine – perfect for group cooking or private chef nights

Dining: Connecting dining area seats 10 with plenty of space for group meals

Living: Living room with original beams, comfy sofas, open fireplace and large TV (with streaming)

Second living room with yoga mats, books, board games, a foosball table and basic fitness equipment

Minimum stay: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday in high season)

Check-in / Check-out: 4pm check-in, 10am check-out

Rates: From approx. €5,210 to €9,120 per week depending on season

Booking Deposit: 30% due at time of booking to secure your dates.

Balance Payment: The difference between the rent plus a damage deposit of 500 Euro should be paid a month before the rental period starts.

Cancellation: If the owner finds a new tenant for the period the per-paid rent will be paid back (except a small admin cost). If the owner doesn’t find a new tenant the tenant will have to fulfill its part of the contract and pay the remaining rent.

Security Deposit: Refundable damage deposit of 500 Euro required (paid one month before rental)
