A few extra tips for that super city supper with the kids…

1. Make reservations – Palma is busy all year round – even if you are eating a few hours before the locals!

2. Plan a playground stop, many of the above have space to play on-site or nearby, but wherever you eat in the city, there will be a playground nearby. Try Parc de Sa Feixina (between the old town & Santa Catalina) and enjoy a pre-dinner drink at Cafe Poupette while the kids play, or Parc de la Mar (old town) for seaside views beneath the Cathedral.

3. And when the kids just can’t wait until dinner, pop into a local Forn (bakery) for Mallorquin Panades – small pies filled with meat, peas and vegetables or let the kids choose a ‘Coca’, a Mallorquin style pizza.
