Pool: 15-metre saltwater pool with electric safety cover. Shallow steps for easy access and plenty of space for splashy afternoons + poolside shower. Pool heating is an optional extra at £450 / 520€ per week.) as is a fully installed safety fence (price on request).

Garden: Enclosed Mediterranean garden with tropical plants, fruit trees, hammock, table tennis and astro-turf for games.

Loungers & Relaxing: Plenty of shaded and sunny spots with ten comfortable loungers, Bali bed,  hammock and outdoor sofas for mid-afternoon downtime.

Dining & BBQ: Covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, sink, worktop and fridge freezer—ideal for family-style grilling or evening tapas under the stars.

Play & Activities: Astro-turf play area perfect for football or badminton & a basketball hoop. Poolside games and a secure space for  younger children to roam safely.

Rates (in GBP £):

• 2025: From £4,259 to £10,648 per week
• 2026: From £4,600 to £11,500 per week
• Local eco-tax included

Booking Deposit: 25% due at time of booking to secure your dates

Balance Payment: Due 6 weeks before arrival

Cancellation: Deposit non-refundable; cancellations within 6 weeks subject to full charge

Security Deposit: €1000 refundable damage deposit required at least two weeks before arrival.
