What - Bellver International College was founded in 1950 and is the oldest British private school in Spain. It is located in Cala Major, a residential area near the beach. The teaching language is English but most students end up being bilingual in English and Spanish. They can also study French, German and Catalan. The school is an official examination center for the Universities of London and Cambridge and prepares students for IGCSE and A/AS Level exams. Spanish teachers meet the requirements of the Spanish Ministry of Education.
Why - Bellver International College stands out for the close collaboration that exists between parents and teachers, whose common goal is the well-being of our students. This same collaboration is what allows us to educate our students and help them transform into open, self-critical and responsible adults. That is the essence of Bellver and the reason why parents in our community have trusted us to educate their children for more than 60 years.
