August is one of Mallorca’s liveliest months. Long, hot days are made for beach mornings, lazy lunches and evenings where bedtimes are a thing of the past. It’s summer fiesta season too, with towns and villages across the island celebrating their annual patron saint festivities with live music, traditional events, markets and spectacular fireworks.
