Family Friendly Vibe
Playa de Son Baulo is big beautiful beach with shallow turquoise waters, fine-grained sand and plenty of room to play. The beach is backed by dunes and you can follow marked trails along the coast through protected natural areas to Son Serra de Marina. Son Baulo has all the amenities of its neighbour in Can Picafort but feels markedly less 'mass tourist'.
Beach Basics
Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas to rent and lifeguards are on duty here everyday from May to October. The beach also has toilets, showers, first aid station, wooden walkway stretching the length of the main beach perfect for pushchairs.
Family Fun
This is a great spot for snorkelling and pedalo boat are available to hire. Head to Ca’n Picafort for a wider selection of water sports activities.
Refuel
Plenty of choice for lunch, ice creams or sundowners....there is a popular chiringuito on the sand called Moai Beach Club, alternatively try family favourite 'Bananas' set at the back of the beach.
Access
Follow the signs for Can Picafort, you'll find plenty of parking in town. If using public transport, the resort is well connected by TIB bus from Port Pollenca via Alcudia and Can Picafort.
