This is me!
Behind every work of art there is a story, what is yours? We propose a research workshop on self-awareness by experimenting with colour and line. A workshop where, through careful observation of the portraits of different artists present in the exhibition “In Conversation: The Museum and the Collection”, we will reflect and create our own portrait with complete creative freedom.
Workshop for families with children from 3 to 5 years old
Saturdays, April 27 and May 4, 2024
Timetable: 11:00 h
*Francesca Corso is an Italian illustrator; she works with images and with them creates illustrated stories for children and for publishers all over the world. She loves the world of illustration and art and strongly believes that a picture book is an important and fundamental medium for everyone, young and elderly people. Her stylistic research is based on the search for colour and atmosphere, on the emotion she tries to convey through illustrations focused on direct communication with children.
Let’s move with art
Experiential workshop, based on the exhibition “In Conversation: The Museum and Collection“, with dance dynamics and plastic arts to get into the universe of cubism. We will experiment on the deconstruction of the body and the multiple perspective and we will create together a large collective mural.

* MOVART, is formed by Lola Lloberas and Marina Cánovas, the first dancer and the second plastic artist. Together they have created a project of research, creation and dissemination on the relationship between visual arts and movement, which aims to enter into the work of different artists in the history of art in an experiential and cooperative way.
