Mallorca has no shortage of brilliant summer camps for kids of all ages. From mountain adventures to seaside language courses, cooking, coding, and forest play, here are some of the island’s most engaging and well-loved camps for 2025. Each one offers something different, but all are designed to inspire, energise and entertain curious young minds.
Most camps are run in Spanish, English, or a mix of both — perfect whether your child’s bilingual, learning a new language, or just here for the week. There’s plenty of choice because July is a working month for many local families, with August set aside for holidays. Whether you live here or you’re visiting, summer camps are a great way for kids to try new activities, make friends, and have a bit of fun while you get things done.

Fabrica de Valientes
EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE, TEAM SPIRIT AND BEACH SPORTS (RESIDENTIAL)
This is Summer Camp with a difference. The development of each child’s emotional skillset is at the heart of the FdV program – camp councillors are fully trained teachers and daily morning activities foster teamwork and strengthen self-confidence. Afternoons are reserved for beach games and sports. From kayaking and watersports to yoga and archery, FdV strikes the perfect balance between emotional development and FUN.
The fun doesn’t begin and end in the day, competition is fierce to win early morning log cabin inspections and small group evening mentor meetings ensure every child feels heard and supported. It’s a screen-free environment designed to build independence and resilience, with space for fun and emotional growth in equal measure.

S’Hort Vell Horse Camp
IMMERSIVE HORSE AND NATURE CAMP WITH RIDING, HORSE CARE AND CALM CONNECTIONS
A week at S’Hort Vell is a deep dive into the natural world of horses. The 60 barefoot & bit-less horses and ponies live outdoors in small family groups, and each camper is assigned a horse to care for with two chances to ride each day. The first is a small-group lesson in the arena or field, and the second is more relaxed — often bareback or focused on groundwork.
After lunch in the shade, it’s time for healing and hairdressing — brushing, braiding, and learning to read the horse’s mood. Younger campers also get to enjoy dog therapy sessions at the adjacent Nexes campus. To cool off, there’s daily sprinkler and water play, and plenty of time to rest or relax in the paddock surroundings.

Petit Cuiner Cookery Camp
GOURMET SKILLS, MARKET TRIPS AND MALLORCAN RECIPES
For children aged 9+, Petit Cuiner teaches practical cookery, knife skills, and international & Mallorcan dishes in a small group setting. Campers shop at the market, prepare a daily 3-course meal, and take home recipes (and leftovers!).
Every morning starts with a walk to the local shops — butcher, fishmonger and veg stall — where campers select ingredients for the day’s menu. Back in the kitchen, they prep their own workstation, learn hygiene basics, and get hands-on with skills like safe knife use, bechamel sauce or making rubiols. Each child cooks on their own induction hob in pairs, with plenty of breaks for games and downtime.
Great for budding foodies who speak (at least some) Spanish. This Camp is very popular – book early!

Bushcraft Forest School Camp
NATURE SKILLS, FREE PLAY AND FOREST FUN
Set under the shade of a majestic acorn tree in Bunyola, this child-led nature camp follows Forest School principles. Mornings begin with circle time and a song, using a decorated talking stick so every child has a voice. Campers build shelters, tend to the garden, create forest art, and head off to collect treasures, make leaf collages or rope bridges. A camp favourite is archery — crafting bows and arrows from forest plants and testing their aim in the trees.
Lunch is eaten together under the acorn tree, followed by an afternoon of forest games or water play. The straw bale splash pool is always a hit, built with a hose pipe and emptied daily to water the citrus trees. The 4.5-hectare site is fully fenced, with one adult to every 6–7 kids, and staff all carry walkie talkies to keep things safe while letting the kids roam free.
