Summer holiday camps in Mallorca generally run from late June through the first week of August, when local families take their holidays. A handful continue through August – water sports especially. Most camps are run in Spanish, with English and German widely spoken. Local schools and cultural centres often run bilingual Catalan/Spanish programmes, and many of the international schools offer English-language camps, some with language classes built in.
